Manual Accounting: Understanding the traditional double-entry system, journal entries, ledgers, and trial balance. This ensures a student can understand the principles behind the automated entries in Tally.
Accounting Principles: A review of fundamental accounting concepts like accrual vs. cash basis, going concern, and matching principles.

Finalization of Accounts: Learning to prepare financial statements such as the Trading and Profit & Loss Account and the Balance Sheet, often with practical examples using Excel to handle adjustments and calculations.

Tally Prime Operations

Company Setup: Creating and configuring a new company, including setting up features for GST and TDS.
Masters Creation: Setting up key ledgers, groups, stock items, and units of measurement, which are essential for recording transactions.
Voucher Entries: Practical training on entering various transaction types, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journal vouchers. This section often includes case studies for different business types (e.g., trading, manufacturing, and service).
Inventory Management: Learning to manage stock, create stock groups, categories, and godowns (warehouses) within Tally. This also includes understanding concepts like Bill of Materials (BOM) for manufacturing.
